We have a wide range of experience from restaurants, offices and clinics, regular general apartment complex cleaning, apartment turnovers, new construction and remodel clean up, model home cleaning, and prep for sale cleaning. Residential Cleaning
A Pair of Hands proudly offers residential cleaning services to the entire Twin Cities area.
Packages can be as basic or intensive as you need. You tell us what cleaning tasks you would like
us to perform in your home, no matter how small or how large and we can give you a quote based
on your individual needs. We create detailed check lists for each client that are customized to fit
their requests. Use our cleaning services on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or occasional basis,
whatever is more convenient and appropriate for your home.
Prices vary depending on the location, size, specific cleaning tasks you desire, and condition of
your home. A slightly higher fee most often applies to a first time cleaning. Quotes can be given
by phone or email, or we can also come out to your home and meet with you. Items included in
our general and detailed cleanings are listed below. Usually, the first time we clean in your
home, we like to do a more detailed cleaning to get your home cleaned to our high standards. It
would then be easier for us to keep up on when we come for our regular visits. First time
cleanings and detailed cleanings will usually cost more than general ongoing cleanings.
General Residential Cleaning General regular cleaning will usually include the following. All rooms - Dust surfaces, vacuum carpeted areas, empty trash and replace liners, sweep and wash hard floors. Bathrooms - Shake rugs, wipe down cabinets and mirrors, clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and vanities, remove trash and replace liners, sweep and wash hard floors. Kitchen - Polish stainless steel, wipe down cabinets, clean and sanitize counters, sinks, and fixtures, wipe down tables, chairs and stools, clean outside of appliances and inside of microwave, remove trash and replace liner, sweep and wash hard floors. Rotated Cleaning Items - Dust baseboards and window sills, dust ceiling fans, check for cobwebs, spot check light switches and outlets, dust blinds and light fixtures.

Specialized and Detail Cleaning

*Changing sheets and making beds *Washing, drying, and folding laundry *Inside window cleaning including
window sills and vacuuming screens *Cleaning inside of appliances and cupboards *Washing dishes *Cleaning or
dusting blinds and artificial plants *Moving large furniture and vacuuming and cleaning floor underneath
*Cleaning the feet of tables and chairs *Taking down light fixtures and washing them *Vacuuming lamp shades,
ceilings, window coverings, and furniture *Organizing areas of your home including closets, offices and garages

48 hours of your scheduled visit. Special pricing for full home detail cleanings.
Move In and Move Out Cleaning
We have a great deal of experience working with realtors and individual homeowners on tackling their
move in and move out cleaning as well as other moving related tasks. Moving can be such a busy time in
your life and it seems there is so much to do. Let us take care of the cleaning, organizing or anything else
you need so that you have time to focus on the more important things. We will provide you with a basic
general cleaning and can also clean as much or as little of the following as you would like us to do.
